Data processing in accordance with data protection regulations in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation

From May 25, 2018, data processing companies in the EU must comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation  (2016/679).

Bitkom's data protection working group has drawn up several guidelines for the implementation of data protection requirements in the company and adapted them to the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The guides  are intended to provide those responsible for data protection in the company with orientation on how the legal requirements are to be understood and how they can be translated into company processes
